middle, dishwasher safe,
If the customer does want the food, where do they put the lid?
The customer never removes the lid to serve the food and the food STAYS HOT.
The customer can see the food, deciding quickly to serve or not. NO MORE QUEUES.
Each half lid hinges fully back to sit on top of another. NO STORAGE PROBLEMS
