Sales Information and how to order

For all sales enquiries, please call 01634 281128 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The sales lines are manned by a helpful and friendly crew who will be glad to assist! You may also fax or e-mail orders and enquiries 24 hours a day. Out of hours an answerphone service is available for you to leave orders and messages that will be dealt with as a priority at the beginning of the next working day.



Delivery

Normally we make no charge for deliveries within our van service area, and you will find our delivery drivers both polite and helpful.
If we are using outsourced carriers, a charge may be made depending on the circumstances. If you do have any special delivery requirements, please inform us at the time of ordering and we will try to meet your requirements.

Samples

Samples of many products and ranges can be supplied through your Area Manager.

Pricing

We will be pleased to provide you with a customised price list. Simply discuss which products are of interest to you with your area manager or our sales helpline.

All quoted prices are subject to VAT where applicable at the rate prevailing on the day of despatch. We reserve the right to adjust any quoted prices that become subject to manufacturers change.
